Shipping policy

Order Processing/Shipping

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing for in stock transfers. 

We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. The day of your order is not counted as a processing day.

Orders containing pre-order designs will ship after the 5–7 business day processing window before shipping.

Why Pre-Order?

Pre-order means you’re reserving your designs before they sell out. We order based on your demand, so you never miss out on the proven-to-sell transfers already trending in t-shirt shops.

Orders placed Friday will start processing the following Monday.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

We ship via USPS  

When your order has shipped, you will receive another email from me which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and track your package.

Shipping Address Issues 

Motivate Transfers WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Motivate Transfers.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes, please email within 24 hours if you notice any information incorrect.  Email support@motivatetransfers.shop

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded for all products ordered, without notice. You will not be refunded shipping costs.

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THOUGH the postal services.
