Order Processing/Shipping
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing for in stock transfers. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted. The day of your order is not counted as a processing day.
Orders containing pre-order designs will ship after the 5–7 business day processing window before shipping.
Why Pre-Order?
Pre-order means you’re reserving your designs before they sell out. We order based on your demand, so you never miss out on the proven-to-sell transfers already trending in t-shirt shops.
Orders placed Friday will start processing the following Monday.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
We ship via USPS
When your order has shipped, you will receive another email from me which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and track your package.
Motivate Transfers is not responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping
Missing items or Defect to your item (Must meet all criteria)
Every order is carefully packed and double-checked by hand to ensure accuracy before shipping. If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it right away.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
- 
Your order number 
- 
A clear photo of all the items received, including the packing slip if available 
If the prints are a defect please send the follow information to our email or chat.
- Your name, e-mail, and best contact number
- Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
- Picture of the item if damaged
Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution to make things right.
Please note all packages are packed and verified with care, so claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be guaranteed for replacement.

Shipping Address Issues
Motivate Transfers WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Motivate Transfers.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes, please email within 24 hours if you notice any information incorrect. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Claims must be made through the postal service in which your package was carried. Once it leaves our shop, we have no control of what mail carriers do with the packages.
We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Refunds will NOT be given if a customer provides incorrect shipping address info or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed with USPS.
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded for all products ordered, without notice. You will not be refunded shipping costs.
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THOUGH the postal services.
