Shipping Policy

Order Processing/Shipping

Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and most ship sooner! We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.

Orders placed Friday will start processing the following Monday.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

We ship via USPS  

When your order has shipped, you will receive another email from me which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and track your package.

Motivate Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping

Shipping Address Issues 

Motivate Transfers WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Motivate Transfers.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes, please email within 24 hours if you notice any information incorrect.  Email support@motivatetransfers.shop

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Refunds will NOT be given if a customer provides incorrect shipping address info or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed with USPS.

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded for all products ordered, without notice. You will not be refunded shipping costs.

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THOUGH the postal services.
