Please note: All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, weโ€™re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Missing items or Defect to your itemย ย (Must meet all criteria)

Please check your packages upon arrival. You have 2 days to report missing transfers. After that we arenโ€™t responsible for replacing them.ย 

If the prints are a defect please send the follow information to our email or chat.ย 

  • Your name, e-mail, and best contact number
  • Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the item if damaged

Pressing Disclaimer:

We want you to get the best results possible! However, We do not offer refunds or replacements for transfers damaged due to user error during application. Please ensure you are using a commercial-grade heat press and following all recommended instructions. We are not responsible for issues resulting from the use of household irons, Cricut machines, or improper pressing techniques.

We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you are following pressing instructions, while using the appropriate heat press settings, fabrics, colors, etc. before pressing screen print transfers. Please be sure to use a commercial heat press to apply the transfers correctly. We do not provide refunds/exchanges due to user error.

Colors may vary by different monitor devices and settings.

Beginner Transfer Users Disclaimer: Screen print transfers are designed to be applied mirrored. This means designs may look reversed before pressing. Be sure to press using the design side directly onto the garment not the white backing. If you are new to this process, please educate yourself on proper transfer methods before making a purchase, as no refunds will be issued for incorrect use.
