❓ What are screen print transfers?

Transfers are pre-printed designs you press onto apparel using a heat press. At Motivate Transfers, we provide high-quality, ready-to-press plastisol screen print transfers are screen printed designs transferred onto a garment using heat and pressure. Instead of printing directly onto the fabric, the design is printed onto a special paper, then heat-pressed onto the garment.

❓ Do I need any special equipment?

No fancy equipment needed — just a heat press. You don’t need a printer or cutting machine!

❓ Can I use a household iron or Cricut Easy Press?

We don’t recommend it. For best results and long-lasting quality, use a commercial heat press.

❓ What’s the turnaround time?

📦 Processing Time: 2-5  business days for in stock transfers

Pre-Order:5-7 business days processing before shipping

Customs:7-10 business days processing before shipping

🚚 Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S.) Shipped with USPS(Shipping times may vary based on your location and current USPS service conditions, including weather delays.)

❓ Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days and we’ll make it right.

❓ What if I am missing transfers in my order?

Every order is carefully packed and double-checked by hand to ensure accuracy before shipping. If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review it right away.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of all the items received, including the packing slip if available

If the prints are a defect please send the follow information to our email or chat. 

  • Your name, e-mail, and best contact number
  • Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the item if damaged

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best solution to make things right.
Please note  all packages are packed and verified with care, so claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be guaranteed for replacement.

❓ Can I sell items made with your transfers?

Absolutely! That’s what they’re for you can use our transfers to create and sell your own T-shirts, hoodies, and more. I am here to make it easier to grow your brand with ready to use screen prints.

❓Can I resell the transfers?

Screen print transfers can be used for personal and small business needs. Transfers must be applied to a finished item before they can be sold. Transfers themselves can not be resold. Recreating, tracing or otherwise copying our transfers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 

❓ Do you offer customs? 

Yes, WE DO NOT PRINT YOUR OWN PERSONAL DESIGNS. IF YOU NEED A PRINT THAT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED, SOLD-OUT AND WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED ON OUR WEBSITE YOU CAN REPURCHASE.

❓ Will the designs fade or peel after washing?

Not if applied correctly! Our transfers are made to last through 25+ washes or even longer when properly cared for. Follow our pressing instructions for best durability.
