Defective Merchandise & Chargeback Policy

At Motivate Transfers, all products are inspected prior to shipment. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms regarding defective merchandise and dispute resolution:

1. Reporting Defective Items

Customers must notify Motivate Transfers of any alleged defective item within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.


All claims must be submitted via email at support@motivatetransfers.shop and must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence of the alleged defect

Failure to provide sufficient photo evidence may result in denial of the claim.

2. Return Requirement

All items claimed as defective must be returned to Motivate Transfers for physical inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.

  • Return instructions will be provided upon claim approval
  • Items must be returned in the condition received

Motivate Transfers reserves the right to deny any claim if the returned item does not reflect the reported defect.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued after:

  • The returned item has been received, and
  • The defect has been verified by our team

If approved, a full refund for the defective item(s) will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Motivate Transfers, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.

Filing a chargeback without returning the product and allowing us the opportunity to review the claim may be considered a violation of this policy.

Motivate Transfers reserves the right to:

  • Submit this policy, order confirmation, and customer communication as evidence in response to any chargeback
  • Deny future purchases from customers who initiate unjustified disputes

5. Limitation of Liability

Motivate Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Improper application or use of products
  • Use of non-commercial equipment (including but not limited to home irons, Cricut presses, or EasyPress machines)
  • Failure to follow recommended pressing instructions

6. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Defective Merchandise & Chargeback Policy.
